ProviderConnect User Manual – This is instructions for everything related to the platform. Instructions about the Super User permissions is toward the end of the document.
Super User Registration – This is the form that allows the Clinical Director or designee to be able to add and remove access to ProviderConnect. You will need to mark the Super User box and fill out the Super User info on the first page. Then VERY IMPORTANT on the second page you will record the first managed user, so this might be a Clinical Director as the Super User (first page) and Admission Counselor as the managed user (second page).
Alternative Fax Request Process – This is a demo of how a user can submit faxed requests directly to a clinician. This process is much more efficient from our perspective (fewer people have to touch the request). This process results in a much faster turnaround times for providers again because the request passes through fewer hands and there is no question about whether or not we got the request because you get an inquiry number when you hit submit.
